Code of Conduct for College Principals
The Principal of a college is expected to embody the highest standards of honesty, fairness, objectivity, and integrity. Their role requires them to be supportive, protective, and fully compliant with the law. In addition to these foundational qualities, the principal's responsibilities include the following:

Strategic Leadership: The principal must formulate and execute institutional policies and plans that align with the college's stated vision and mission.
